According to a Korean newspaper exclusive, Samsung is preparing to launch an edge-to-edge smartphone in the late second or early third quarter of this year. Fujitsu teases Tegra 3 quad-core phone with ICS and 4.6-inch display

Fujitsu’s gearing up for MWC 2012, and they’re offering up a brief glimpse of what they’ll have on display in Barcelona. The as-yet-unnamed phone is a Tegra 3 beast, packing four 1.5GHz cores and a few other Fujitsu hallmarks.

When Fujitsu announced their Western smartphone and tablet market ambitions, they said that only premium devices would make the cut. This anonymous handset seems to qualify, with that Tegra 3 chip complimented nicely by a 4.6-inch display and a 13.1 megapixel rear camera. Like a number of their other phones, this new model features water and dust resistance and a biometric sensor for added security.
